Military Picture Of The Week

 

 

A nice example of international interoperability.  A Polish helicopter overflies soldiers from the Royal Canadian Regiment during recent training in Eastern Europe.   More photos and background here.

Well you wouldn't have seen THAT back in the 80s! Things have changed a bit, haven't they?

I was thinking the same thing, James, though, sadly, the Most Likely Adversary hasn't changed much since the 1980s, only the supporting characters have changed sides. Today there was a report on Foreign Affairs that regular Russian Army units have now entered the disputed part of the Ukraine. Bad news if true. :(
